Let's check out a few price points for the Back Bay luxury condo market. On a price per square foot basis the Back Bay is hovering around $800.00 per sq ft. The more recent Back Bay luxury buildings are able to obtain price per sq ft prices over a $1,000.00 pe r sq ft. One example is The Clarendon that is over 50% sold out.
