The other day I was thinking about the Beacon Hill and Back Bay luxury condo market with my client at a Beacon Hill tavern. One thing we both agreed upon was regardless of the Boston condo price category I believe that if a condo is priced right it will obtain showing activity.
This weekend one of my Boston real estate agents was in - of all things a Back Bay / South End bidding war. WTF
This was in the million dollar price range. My point don't believe everything you read, and as far as the Boston luxury real estate market is concerned, there're buyers.
